Sin cookies
La web no usa cookies. Para saber cuántas visitas recibe y desde dónde, usa Cloudflare Web Analytics, que cuenta las visitas de forma agregada, sin cookies ni identificadores, y sin seguir a nadie de una web a otra. Tu elección de idioma se guarda solo en tu navegador.
Formulario de contacto
Si nos escribes desde un formulario de la web, tratamos:
- lo que escribes: tu mensaje, el motivo, y tu nombre y tu correo si nos los das;
- el idioma de la página.
Lo usamos solo para contestarte y para mejorar nuestras apps. El mensaje se guarda en nuestros servidores de Cloudflare y se nos reenvía por correo, que gestionamos con Gmail (Google). Lo conservamos un máximo de 24 meses, o menos si nos pides que lo borremos.
Para frenar el spam, el formulario usa Cloudflare Turnstile, que comprueba que eres una persona. Para ello, Cloudflare trata datos técnicos de tu navegador y tu dirección IP, sin usarlos para publicidad. Nosotros no guardamos tu dirección IP.
Base legal: tu consentimiento al enviarnos el mensaje y nuestro interés legítimo en evitar el spam.
Proveedores
Cloudflare, Inc. (alojamiento, estadísticas de la web, Turnstile y correo) y Google (Gmail). Pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, con las garantías del RGPD: cláusulas contractuales tipo o el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. No vendemos datos.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir el acceso, la rectificación, la supresión, la oposición, la limitación o la portabilidad de tus datos en hello@lykohstudio.com. Si no estás conforme con nuestra respuesta, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

No cookies
The website uses no cookies. To know how many visits it gets and where from, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies or identifiers, and without following anyone from site to site. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.
Contact form
If you write to us through a form on the website, we process:
- what you write: your message, the topic, and your name and email if you give them;
- the language of the page.
We use it only to reply to you and to improve our apps. The message is stored on our Cloudflare servers and forwarded to us by email, which we manage with Gmail (Google). We keep it for at most 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete it.
To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person. To do so, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and your IP address, without using them for advertising. We don't store your IP address.
Legal basis: your consent when you send the message, and our legitimate interest in preventing spam.
Providers
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, website statistics, Turnstile and email) and Google (Gmail). They may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR requires: standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We don't sell data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data at hello@lykohstudio.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
