Cuéntanos qué pasó e incluye, si puedes:
- el modelo de tu móvil y su sistema (por ejemplo, «Samsung Galaxy S23, Android 16»);
- la versión de la app, que aparece en Preferencias;
- el caso y el momento en que ocurrió;
- una captura de pantalla, si ayuda.

¿Tengo que crear una cuenta?
No. Where's the Bomb? no tiene cuentas ni registro: abre la app y juega.
¿Se guarda mi partida si salgo a mitad de un caso?
Sí. Puedes cerrar la app y continuar el caso después desde la lista de casos. El progreso se guarda en tu dispositivo.
He cambiado de móvil y he perdido mi progreso
Como no hay cuentas, el progreso vive solo en el dispositivo donde jugaste y no se puede pasar a otro. Los casos se pueden volver a jugar cuando quieras.
¿Necesito conexión a internet?
Los casos se juegan sin conexión. Hace falta internet para ver los anuncios, incluido el que da una pista extra. Si no hay conexión, la pista se da igualmente.
Me he atascado en un enigma
Cada enigma tiene tres pistas. La primera te orienta y la última te dice exactamente dónde mirar, sin darte la solución. Recuerda que cada caso guarda todo lo necesario en su escenario: vuelve a mirar con calma.
¿Por qué hay anuncios?
La app es gratis y la publicidad la mantiene. Nunca aparecen durante la cuenta atrás: solo si eliges ver uno a cambio de una pista (con el reloj parado) o al terminar un caso.
¿Cómo cambio mis permisos de anuncios o de estadísticas?
Desde las Preferencias de la app. En iPhone también puedes cambiar el permiso de seguimiento en Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Rastreo.
¿Cómo borro mis datos?
Puedes reiniciar el progreso desde Preferencias o desinstalar la app, que borra todo lo guardado en el dispositivo. Si quieres que borremos un mensaje que nos enviaste, escríbenos.
No oigo nada o el móvil no vibra
Revisa en Preferencias que el sonido, la música y la vibración estén activados, y sube el volumen del dispositivo. En Android, mira también los ajustes de vibración del sistema.
¿Está en otros idiomas?
Por ahora en español y en inglés, textos y voces. La app usa el idioma de tu dispositivo y lo puedes cambiar en Preferencias.
¿Para qué edades es?
Para mayores de 13 años. Contiene violencia de ficción y situaciones de tensión: bombas, secuestros y explosiones.

- the case and the moment it happened;

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. Where's the Bomb? has no accounts or sign-up: open the app and play.
Is my game saved if I leave half-way through a case?
Yes. You can close the app and continue the case later from the case list. Progress is saved on your device.
I changed phones and lost my progress
As there are no accounts, progress lives only on the device you played on and can't be moved to another. You can replay any case whenever you like.
Do I need an internet connection?
The cases play offline. You need internet to see ads, including the one that gives an extra hint. If there is no connection, you get the hint anyway.
I'm stuck on a puzzle
Every puzzle has three hints. The first points you in a direction and the last tells you exactly where to look, without giving the answer away. Remember that every case keeps everything you need in its scene: take another calm look.
Why are there ads?
The app is free and ads keep it going. They never appear during the countdown: only if you choose to watch one for a hint (with the clock stopped) or when a case ends.
How do I change my ads or statistics permissions?
From the app's Preferences. On iPhone you can also change the tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I delete my data?
You can reset your progress in Preferences or uninstall the app, which deletes everything saved on the device. If you want us to delete a message you sent us, write to us.
I can't hear anything or my phone doesn't vibrate
Check in Preferences that sound, music and vibration are on, and turn up your device's volume. On Android, also check the system's vibration settings.
Is it available in other languages?
For now in English and Spanish, text and voices. The app uses your device's language, and you can change it in Preferences.
What age is it for?
For players aged 13 and over. It contains fictional violence and tense situations: bombs, kidnappings and explosions.
