1. Aceptación
Estos términos regulan el uso de la app Where's the Bomb? («la app»), de Lykoh Studio, nombre comercial de Carlos Martínez (España, support@lykohstudio.com). Al descargarla o usarla los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no la uses. También se aplican las condiciones de la tienda desde la que la descargues, App Store o Google Play.
2. Uso de la app
Te concedemos una licencia personal, gratuita, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la app en tus dispositivos, con fines de ocio y no comerciales. No está permitido:
- copiar, modificar, descompilar o redistribuir la app o su contenido, salvo en lo que permita la ley;
- usarla para fines ilegales, o interferir en su funcionamiento o en el de nuestros servidores.
3. El contenido es ficción
Las historias, personajes, lugares y situaciones de la app son ficticios. Las bombas, los mecanismos y los enigmas son inventados. La app no contiene ni pretende dar información real sobre explosivos, armas ni actividades peligrosas. Cualquier parecido con personas o hechos reales es casualidad.
4. Edad
La app contiene violencia de ficción y situaciones de tensión. Está pensada para mayores de 13 años. Si eres menor de edad, úsala con permiso de tus padres o tutores.
5. Publicidad
La app es gratuita y muestra anuncios de terceros, como se explica en la política de privacidad. No somos responsables del contenido de los anuncios ni de los sitios a los que enlacen, aunque procuramos que sean adecuados.
6. Propiedad intelectual
La app y todo su contenido son de Lykoh Studio o de sus licenciantes: textos, historias, enigmas, imágenes, sonidos, voces, código y marca. Las licencias de terceros se indican en la propia app.
7. Sin garantías
La app se ofrece «tal cual». Trabajamos para que funcione bien, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores, que esté siempre disponible ni que sea compatible con todos los dispositivos. Tu progreso se guarda en tu dispositivo, y no podemos recuperarlo si se pierde, por ejemplo al desinstalar la app o al cambiar de teléfono.
8. Responsabilidad
En la medida en que lo permita la ley, Lykoh Studio no será responsable de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app, ni de la imposibilidad de usarla. Nada de lo anterior limita los derechos que te reconozca la normativa de consumidores aplicable.
9. Cambios
Podemos actualizar la app (añadir o cambiar casos, funciones o anuncios) y estos términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente aquí, con su fecha. Si sigues usando la app después de un cambio, se entiende que lo aceptas.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, podrás acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio y conservarás la protección que te den las leyes de tu país de residencia.

1. Acceptance
These terms govern the use of the app Where's the Bomb? ("the app") by Lykoh Studio, the trade name of Carlos Martínez (Spain, support@lykohstudio.com). By downloading or using it you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. The terms of the store you download it from, the App Store or Google Play, also apply.
2. Using the app
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices, for leisure and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its content, except as the law allows;
- use it for unlawful purposes, or interfere with how it or our servers work.
3. The content is fiction
The stories, characters, places and situations in the app are fictional. The bombs, devices and puzzles are made up. The app does not contain, and does not intend to give, real information about explosives, weapons or dangerous activities. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
4. Age
The app contains fictional violence and tense situations. It is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are a minor, use it with your parents' or guardians' permission.
5. Advertising
The app is free and shows third-party ads, as explained in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or the sites they link to, although we try to keep them appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
The app and all its content belong to Lykoh Studio or its licensors: text, stories, puzzles, images, sounds, voices, code and brand. Third-party licences are listed in the app itself.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to make it run well, but we don't guarantee that it is error-free, always available or compatible with every device. Your progress is saved on your device, and we can't recover it if it is lost, for example when you uninstall the app or change phones.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lykoh Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app, or from being unable to use it. Nothing above limits the rights given to you by applicable consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update the app (add or change cases, features or ads) and these terms. We will publish the current version here with its date. If you keep using the app after a change, you are taken to accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live and you keep the protection given to you by the laws of your country of residence.
